§01 — The Atelier
We don't tile rooms. We solve them.
A family tile studio in Southwest Florida — part craftsman, part draftsman.

Argentel began with one tile-setter, a brass straightedge and a rule: every floor is a drawing before it is a finish. We dry-lay each room, balance the cuts, and centre the pattern so the eye never lands on a sliver against a wall.
Marble, porcelain, terrazzo, zellige, mosaic — different stones, one standard. Dead-level substrates, waterproofed wet areas, grout lines you could draw with a ruler. Licensed, insured, and obsessive about the millimetre.

Both. We can supply marble, porcelain, terrazzo and handmade tile from our trade suppliers, or install material you've already chosen — we'll confirm it's suitable and calculate exact quantities with overage so you don't run short mid-job.
Every room is priced individually after we measure, but estimates are always free and in writing. Most bathrooms and kitchen floors fall into clear ranges we'll share up front, and financing lets you spread it from 12 to 60 months.
A backsplash is often one to two days; a full bathroom typically one to two weeks including waterproofing and cure time; whole-home floors depend on square footage. You get a day-by-day schedule before we start — and we keep one room usable wherever possible.
Yes — fully licensed and insured in Florida, with a lifetime workmanship warranty on our installation. Wet areas are waterproofed to industry standard and documented, which matters for resale and for any future claim.
Often, yes. We source the closest available match, re-grout to refresh tired joints, and replace cracked or hollow tiles. If an exact match is discontinued we'll show you a clean transition or feature-strip solution rather than a patchy repair.
